about

I am an internationally award-winning screenwriter, director, and film editor based in London.

My directing credits include Pillow Talk, an upcoming comedy webseries starring Bridgerton’s Charithra Chandran, and Drift, a multi-award winning short film made under lockdown conditions in 2020.

I love the look of analogue film, and am experienced shooting on 16mm and super 8. I’m at home directing short fiction, but have also led a range of music, corporate, and filmed theatre projects.

I also work as an editor. Fiction cut by me has been broadcast by the BBC and Sky Arts, and has been nominated for RTS awards.

I am currently studying for an MA in editing at the National Film and Television School, working on a range of fiction, documentary, and animated projects.

_

I have a background in academic literature and film studies, having graduated both Oxford and Bristol universities. I’ve written about film, music, and politics for a range of publications including New Statesman.

I’m a prolific stills photographer, shooting mostly street scenes and landscapes on 35mm film.
